EOS 90D LCD panel in viewfinder replacement

Hello all,

I recently purchased an EOS 90D from a pawn shop and i was looking through the viewfinder and i noticed i'm unable to see the gridlines or AF points in the viewfinder. i checked all the settings and even cleared the settings and i am still unable to see them. I looked into the problem and i soon found out that the LCD panel/overlay in the viewfinder needs to be replaced.
Also, due to the LCD panel malfunctioning in the viewfinder, the whole viewfinder flashes red (when in focus).

Another thing, the viewfinder is very blurry and grainy (i adjusted the diopter, theres no change) however when i take a photo through the viewfinder, the LCD on the back of the camera shows me that what i taken is clear.

Is there any way for me to replace the LCD panel in the viewfinder or do i have to send it to a repair shop or canon.

viewfinder is below.
