Hi guys
I have been a nature photographer for about 5 years and I have been using my Canon Eos 7D for about 2 to 3 year's and for some reason while I was photographing birds it suddenly just showed a Error 20 on the screen and then the shutter didn't want to open anymore.I have switched the camera off and on, taken out the battery, update the firmware , factory reset it, and even just left a bit too see if it will sort itself out but nothing happens just shows the same error. For some reason when I click on menu and go to Dust Delete Data and press ok then it opens the shutter but not when I just press on the shutter button. I am not sure if there's a problem with the mirror not opening all the way or something else to do with shutter, but the mirror seems fine to me.
