EOS 7D MK II wont turn on

I have fully charged batteries and nothing.

Batteries?  Make sure your battery grip is fully tightened down.

I completely disconnected my battery grip and am only using one battery

Did you reconnect the battery door?

Also make sure that the door to the memory card slot is correctly closed.
