I know that the current version of firmware that I use (1.1) passes no audio out the HDMI jack while recording. Is there audio going out the USB jack that would go to the composite video adaptor cable while recording video? If so, I could use an attenuator and feed that audio signal to my monitor to monitor the audio output of the camera.
