EOS 5D software and driver utility

Hi All,

I am rather stuck, I need the Canon software and drivers for my EOS 5D, but because of the very poor labelling on the bottom of my camera, the serial number has worn off. Without a serial number, the software is not downloadable.

Any assistance is most appreciated.

You have a serial number embedded in the Exif. Jeffrey's Image Metadata Viewer is what I use all the time.

Thank you Peter. I found it in the raw data.

It is a pity Canon support couldn't give me this answer. I was told to send it in to a service center, for them to recover it for me.
