I have a relatively new-to-me Canon Mark IV and it is stuck on what appears to be a calibration of some sort? I cannot get away from this by turning it off or changing the lens. Any help?

Greetings,
Electronic level. You can press the INFO button to cycle the display. Since you are new to the camera, I suggest you spend some time reviewing the user guide. It will help you become more familiar with its controls and operation. You can miss out on a lot of great features if you skip this.
