On my 5D IV camera, I want to save my setting to a card. When I researched how to do it, it takes me to the 5th toolbar screen. According to YouTube videos and posted How To links, the "Save/load cam settings on card" should be the top option above Custom Shooting Modes (C1-C3), but on my camera, the top line is Multi function lock. Why does my camera options not match and I can't find this option anywhere in my menus?

The 5D Mark IV doesn't offer that feature. The EOS R5 offers such feature. Also are you sure the video was on the EOS 5D Mark IV. NOT the EOS R5.
