EOS 5D Mark IV Encryption key greyed out -unable to reset wifi code

Hi.

In an attemp to reconnect my camera, I learned that I lost the option to change the encryption key. This option is greyed out. No succes either, on teathered usb via EOS utility. 

How do i fix this issue and get the camera connected?

See page 143.  Use the yellow wrench menu, tab 4.  Clear the settings and start over.

Appreciate quick reply, and for pointing me in right direction. However when i go to the "clear settings" option on my camera, this tab isn't aktive.. see screen shot attached.

You cannot have the camera connected via tether and try to make changes to Wi-Fi settings.  The camera's Wi-Fi has to be ermöglichen / enabled.  Please disconnect the camera from its cable, put the camera in M mode, enable the Wi-Fi and try again.

I appreciate you trying to help me out!.

Trying to get wifi connection, I dont have a cable connected, and I did try out what you suggested, but without any luck.

I did, in a previous shooting, have the camera connected, both via cable and through wifi, but now I'm confused to how I cannot reconnect, or at least get to clear settings.
