Hi, I just bought the Canon EOS 4000d back in march. I have bareky used it as its a bit complex.
I keep having this very random issue when the camera just becomes overly exposed not just the photos but when I go to the settings it navigate through the camera itself. Like screen is nearly white. This happens very randomly and has corrected itself and happens again randomly. Ive looked into the exposure settings, brightening, IOS auto setting, shutter settings and nothing is correcting this. Can someone help? Is this just a malfunction with the camera. There hasnt been any damage to the camera for this to occur.
