I'm trying to connect my camera with the laptop. I've downloaded the more recent EOS software yet the only option on the start up screen I'm given is "monitor folders". The "Camera Settings/Remote shooting" is grayed out. What could be the problem?
I'm using Windows 10, 64 bit.
Thanks for the help!
Marci

I didn't understand what that meant. I looked it up and it appears I need to switch from tablet mode to desktop mode. I figured out how to make that switch and believe it's working now. Many, many thanks!!
If Canon instruction writers are reading this, it would be nice to have that piece clarified.
