I got this camera a few years ago, and it was working perfectly until recently. I'm not sure what went wrong. Does anyone know what might have caused the issue? Any recommendations on how to fix it

What about the other menus? How about when you press the MENU button? Or is the camera stuck on this screen?
Did someone try to do a firmware update that got interrupted?
This looks like the camera's brain, its firmware, is corrupted. If that's the case, the 60D is useless.
Getting it fixed isn't a thing from Canon anymore, nor from anyone else. If it was, it would cost more than the camera is worth.
If you have a good collection of lenses, think about a used body from one of the good used dealers....MPB.com, UsedPhotoPro.com, or KEH.com. They have warranties and rate the equipment.
