All,

I have a question about changing/programming Auto Focus. If you set the Auto Focus to 1Point in the FV mode does

that set Auto Focus to 1 Point in the other modes? That you for your responses.

Hi Reese!
I just tried this myself on the R5 which has the Fv feature in common with the other R, R6 and RP variants.
With the exception of the C1--C3 modes, changing the focus mode in Fv seems to change it as the default for other modes.  So, I change the mode in Fv and tried in in Av, Tv and M modes and got the same setting.  If I then set a different mode in one of those I got the same setting in all others except again for the C1-C3 modes.

I hope this answers your question, but come back if you need further clarification.

Trevor,

Thank you for your response. I could not tell from the material that I have read if you set a parameter in one mode it would set the same parameter in the other modes. Nice feature it will save time. I want to learn how to set up C1 and C2 so that I can utilize those mofdes.
