Canon to shutdown automatically

Hi, please help me . My canon to suddenly got shut down and not able to see anything . LCD is now working even I cannon see anything in view finder. What could be the reason ?

Sounds like you selected movie or live view mode. Which model camera.

Canon rebel T4i. Problem is even if batter is dry, from view finder we can able to see rite? But not Able to see anything ?).

1. Make sure that the switch is NOT pointing to the movie camera icon:

Then press this button once and see what happens:

If that doesn't correct the problem shut camera down and remove battery. Reinstall battery and see what happens.

I cannot see anything like that in my camera a.

I'm looking at my camaera and see the button on the rear. I don't know what to say.
