Canon rebel eos T100 camera compatibility with lighting kits

I currently have a canon rebel eos T100 camera and using it to seek my degree digital photography however I am struggling to finding the required equipment that is comparable with my camera like the wireless remote/trigger.. I will be needing a lighting kit that has 65watt strobe lights that will work with my camera for an upcoming course. I have ask others, searched Google to find a lighting kits that fits the requirements and works with the canon rebel eos T100 but have only found many saying they do but actually do not..Is there a lighting kit that will work or should i get a different camera now? You need a camera that has a center terminal in the flash shoe to use third party lighting accessories.
