Canon Utility is not founding my EOS T7i

Hi guys, I've downloaded the software Canon Utility for my mac Mavericks v10.9 and I tried to share the images from my Canon T7i to my computer but I get an error message saying: "Connection target not found" then EOS Utility cycles in opening and closing.

Additionally:

I cleared all the settings twice and entered the key correctly. Also I tried to connect with different wi-fi.

Do you have any ideas?

With wifi off, you can connect via a USB cable.  You will not be able to connect to your computer via wifi, or with wifi enabled on your camera.

You cannot download images to computer via wifi.
