Canon Support Non-Existant for EOS R10

I registered my Canon EOS R10, yet when I click support I am redirected to an access denied page.

How can this be fixed?

Try clearing browser cache. You can also go directly by typing EOS R10 support into browser search bar.

When i click on product support it links me to https://www.webprod.usa.canon.com//support/p/eos-r10

Where it says access denied. Trying to find solution to r10 shutting off while recording at 1080p 24fps on OBS clean hdmi
