Canon Rebel XTI

Hi,

On my Canon Rebel XTI Carmera it says it has 1700 shots left. What will happen to it when it reaches zero?

Will I be able to still use use the carmera?

Where/how does it say that? My wife and I used to have XTi's, and I don't remember any sort of shutter count being displayed. The only count I can recall is that I believe it told you how many more pictures it would take to fill the current memory card, assuming that you didn't select a different image quality. Is that what you're referring to?

You will if you have another CF card.  That is all that indicates.  Go buy a spare or two.
