Canon R7 - Missing Features

I am new to photography and needed to reset my camera. After I reset it, I am now missing features like the ability to reset the camera again from the wrench icon, to add copyright information and others. What would I need to do to fix this issues? Thank you in advance, Chris.

What mode do you have the camera in?  If it's in Auto mode, many menu items are not visible.  Try putting the camera in Program (P) or Manual (M) mode.

The user guide tells you whether a particular function will be available, they have a star in the upper right corner if that function is limited to PASM modes:
