Canon R6 MKII - won't connect to phone with Wifi

Hello everyone,

I'm struggling to get my camera connected to my phone in order to import images. Just for notice, I had previously an EOS 250D and used regularly Camera Connect to import my images so I'm fully aware of how the app works.

I'm able to establish a Bluetooth connection with the camera but I fail each time it starts connecting with Wifi. My phone does not have any restrictions regarding that, the camera also is configured properly. I even took the step to reset my phone completely in order to get it working but same results. Screenshots below.

Please help if you experienced something similar.

What OS is running on the phone?  Is it up to date?

When that message appears on the phone, is there a similar message on the camera, too?

I feel so dumb ... The only thing that I have not tried is to update my phone ... I didn't even considered it as something that would impact the connection. I had an update from Android 12 to 13.
