Canon R5M2 HDR Mode Menu Setting

Has there been any progress / plans for adding a firmware update to the Canon R5M2 to include the HDR mode Menu setting that went missing from the Canon R5M1 as highlighted in previous posts - the setting that merges 3 images in camera to create a separate HDR JPEG image?  This is a big gap in performance that the HDRPQ setting does not fulfill.  Thanks, Greg
