Canon I sell my EOS 60D to Canon for parts?

I want to know if my Canon EOS 60D parts can be sold to canon since it’s no longer repairable

Canon does not purchase EoL or retired gear. Maybe you could sell your body on eBay.  Danny did point out an excellent option for upgrade.  If you are looking to replace an aging or non-functioning device, the upgrade program is a great way to go.
