Canon 90 D Menus and buttons don't work

Canon 90D Problem

The camera takes photos and the screen shows camera settings

BUT I can't access the menus, the info, nor change the iso, or the drive etc.  All those functions not working..

Is something broken (needs repair), or is there a way to reset the camera?

Already tried removing  battery and put back in.

Solved for now; I removed the remote control canon RS-60E3 and back to normal!  

Any explanation???

What lens or lenses are you using with the camera?  Does this happen with any lens you have attached.
