Cannot lower my shutter speed past 250 on EOS 5D Mark IV

Hi Everyone, A while ago, for a family photo shoot, I changed Min. Shutter Speed in the settings menu (red menu - 2 - in ISO speed settings) to 1/250. That worked wonderfully for the family photoshoot in order to not capture too much blur when the children moved around. However, afterwards, I tried to change the minimum shutter speed in the settings menu, but it does not work. I want to shoot with a slower shutter speed to capture motion now, but the camera will not let me reduce the shutter speed to below 1/250. I really cannot figure out how to fix this problem. Any ideas or help would be extremely appreciated.

Do you perhaps have a custom range also set up under Orange Menu | 2 | Set sutter speed range?

If all else fails, you could do a reset of all settings.
