Camera stuck in Video Mode

Camera stuck in video mode EOS Ti7

tried turn on off

taking out battery 

resetting camera setting

any ideas?

Are you in *movie mode* set with the power switch, or in *live-view mode* set with the button on the back?

I am definitely in camera mode

live mode? I do not see a setting for this.

Your camera may be messed up, but it could be user error because it can't be in Live View if you are in Movie Mode. 

Are you familiar with the operation of the Off/On/Movie Mode switch on the top of the camera? 
Are you familiar with the operation of the Live View/ Movie Record button. 

Do you understand how they are different?
