How do I fix the blurry effect on my EOS Rebel SL1?

There are several things that can make a photo blurry. Too slow a shutter speed and poor camera holding techique is the biggest reason.
A second way you can get blurry photos is too slow a shutter speed to freeze moving subjects.
The 3rd way is missed focus. First make your the AF/MF switch on the lens is set to AF. Then set your camera to either the Green Auto Square, or the appropriate scene mode for the type of photo you are taking and see if that helps.
You might want to take a photography class, buy a book on photography, or watch some YouTube videos on photography basics. Adorama TV on Youtube has a number of good videos.
