5d mark iv - Canon C-log
1.3.1 Firmware updated. But why does this not come up in the menu?

Do you have a 5D Mark IV with the Canon C-Log modification? If so, I thought there was a special process for firmware updates? See the Canon 5D Mark 4 C-log update gone thread for possible solutions.

I believe Ricky is right. You may have flashed C-LOG support off your camera. I'd contact Canon. They might have a remote soltion. If not they will re-flash for you, but you'll have to send the camera in to a repair facility.
You can see my reply in the thread he referenced.
