Hi happyxujin, I'm having the exact same problem with my 5D mark ii...so what ended up happening to your camera? did reflashing the firmware fix it?? thanks!!

Not for that (pink) problem if the quick fixes that were suggested don't work.

Did you ever find a solution to your problem? I have the SAME EXACT PROBLEM with a camera I just bought over the weekend from Craigslist. Gulp!!!!  I'm praying you found a solution!!!

Any idea how much does it cost to repair?
