This has never happened before, I would export a photo (Quality 100, 300ppi, JPEG) and then upload the photo to Google Photos, Drive, or wherever, no problem.
Now, the photos refuse to be uploaded even with the same settings.
Solutions I've tried:
Therefore, it is likely a camera setting issue, but I have no clue what could cause this in the settings for a photo refusing to be uploaded.
Thanks to anybody with a possible solution, I'll try whatever you give me.

If you are having a problem with JPEGs exported from Lightroom not uploading to Google, then why are you asking for help here? Nothing in your camera has changed, has it? Your problem is not the camera.

You're right, it was actually super simple. I just used Google Chrome instead of Safari and everything worked. I knew I'd find the answer myself if I just ask for help (one of those duh moments)

Are you shooting in RAW or JPEG?
And what do you mean by refuse to upload? Do you get an error message?
And if it works via airdrop, how can it be a camera problem?
