5D Mark IV Camara Canon Log Update

How do I get the Canon Log Update installed on my 5D Mark IV camera. Who do I contact and where do I send it specifically. I live oin WI USA. Thanks

The Canon log update for the 5DmkIV has to be installed by Canon. It used to be about a hundred bucks. To see if this service is still available, please contact Canon support. 1-800-652-2666

Thanks for the info. I called the number you gave and was transferred to support. The charge is $100 and there two alternate ways to get it done. 1) Register your camera online with Canon and put in the request, pay and mail your camera to either VA or CA. 2) Support will email you a form to fill out. Mail the camera to either VA or CA and pay later.
