On my 5D Mark 3, i have set auto power off: Disable, but still the LCD goes black after 30 min, and that seems to disrupt the HDMI output, cuz that is also going black.
Even if the Auto power off is set to Disable, the LCD monitor will turn off automatically after 30 minutes. There is no way around that, unfortunately.
