5D MKIV - Exposure Level Indicator in Manual Mode

Owners of the 5D MKIV, is the exposure level meter positioned across the bottom of the viewfinder or vertically on the right side?

In the 7D it was across the bottom.

In the 7D MKII it was moved to the right side, vertical.
