1:1 aspect ratio mask in live view to compose with a square with 5DIII

is it possible to choose a 1:1 aspect ratio mask in live view to compose with a square format, with 5DIII?

If so, how?

I don't have a 5DIII, but I'm pretty sure that if you go into the menu and change the aspect ratio from 3:2 to 1:1, you will see that aspect ratio in LiveView mode.
