adapter for macro 100 and ring flash

I have am acro EF 100 mm lens and a macro ring lite MR 14 EX. They don't fit together. Which rinr adapter should I buy?

I think your best path is upgrade the flash. That flash is old, designed for old lenses and cameras.

This depends on which version of the 100mm macro lens you have.
If you have the 100mm f/2.8 non-L series Macro lens then you need one of these:
