Will Canon still repair and clean my EF 85 1.8 USM?

My beloved 85 1.8 USM is not locking focus, hunts in and out.  Not sure what has gone wrong with it.  I would love to have it cleaned and fixed.  The bokeh on my 5Dii and 90D is perfect for garden photography.  Has not been dropped to my knowledge.  Bought this around the time I bought my 20D.

Does Canon still service these old lenses?

Yes in fact it's still in production today.

You should still be able to get this serviced by Canon. The EF 85mm f/1.8 USM was discontinued in 2021, and parts are normally kept for 7 years after discontinuation.

Despite the positive answers from  the fellows above the only 100% factual way to know is to call Canon at 1 (800) 652-2666
