my canon R7 is not recognizing my Godox X3 trigger (this menu cannot be displayed) the flash and the trigger are linked but when I want to access the flash menu it cannot be displayed. Do you have any suggestions, both the camera, the trigger and the flash are relatively new and the shoe is clean. Do you have any suggestions about how to solve this problem? need help ASAP please

This is really a problem for Godox to answer.

Which menu are you trying to display?

You probably won't get much more than turning the flash on and off.

The Speedlite Control Menu is only designed for Canon Speedlites. 3rd Party Speedlites, Triggers and Macro ring lites. Are NOT COMPATIBLE with the Speedlite Control Menu. That menu is only for Canon’s own flash products. Not even all of them are FULLY COMPATIBLE. But all the stuff released from 2008 forward are FULLY COMPATIBLE.
