Using a sigma lens on a canon 700d

I ordered a sigma 150-500mm lens and it won't work on my canon 700d eos camera. Can someone please help me and tell me what lens adapter I need for the sigma 150-500mm lens to work on my canon 700d. Thanks, Beginner Photographer

If it won't physically fit the camera, you've probably bought the version with the the wrong mount (for another brand). You need to get one specifically with a Canon mount or EF mount so you don't need an adapter.

Thank you very much@

You are welcome! It's easy to do when shopping. I hope the return goes smoothly so you can get to taking pix with the new lens 🙂
