Tamron or Samyang lens compatibility with EOS R6 Mark II

I am thinking to buy Tamron 35-150mm f/2-2.8 or Samyang (Sony E mount) lens for wedding photography.

Is it possible to use it with R6 Mark II body with any adapters.?

With the Canon EF adapter the Tamron lens should work at least as well as it does on a EF camera.

Negative, on that.  The Tamron 35-150mm is only made for Sony E-mount and the Nikon Z-Mount.  There is currently no EF or RF mount version available.

My meaning was Tamron EF lenses will work as well on the R series at least as well as they do on an EF camera. Since some are made in other brand mounts should have been oblivious since no adapter is available.
