No. They are not EF mount lenses. There adapters available but hey don't work; they will let you mount the lenses but photgraphic quality is nil.

In case you misunderstood John Hoffman, don't even try it.  They are not worth the effort.  They are from a past era and they need to remain in the past and just remembered.

I don't think John left the slightest doubt that he thought it was a bad idea.
