EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS II + Close-up 500D + canon Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX

Use the above lens with a Canon T3i, and Close-up 500D for macro photography. I wanted to know if I can use the "Canon Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX is mounted when the zoom lens 500D close-up.
And if so have to buy adapter or serial sequence assembly of this.

I don't think there is a 58mm adapter for the MR-14.
