Best way to use a polaroid lens?

I has taken some photos at a fish hatchery for a news article. However, I was disappointed that I still got some glare on the photos. The day was cloudy and set the camera accordingly. Will post a photo. Canon T7, 1/640, f/4.5, 32mm, ISO 1600. Suggestions and tips are welcome. Thanks.

Best to leave a little reflection so folks know it is water the are looking at.

Reviewing posts...John, yes, the CPL screws into the lens and the outer ring "focuses" for the best result. Thanks a bit late.
