50mm 1.4 focus ring doesnt work and when shuter button pressed half way red focal poins dont work.

The 50mm f/1.4 is known for focus system failures. Repair or replace is only solution. 

Google "cost to repair focus system Canon 50mm f/1.4"

I'm assuming you verified that switch on lens is correctly positioned in AF position.
