where does the pixma scan utility save the scans to? I cant find them.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. Also state what operating system you are using (example: MacOS 14.1.1 Sonoma, Windows 11, etc). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

In Windows, the Scan Utility SHOWS YOU where the scan is going.....it open your Documents folder and there it is. Its name is "IMG_thedate_000number.jpg or .pdf". You can rename the file right there to something indicative of what it is.
I imagine the Mac does the same thing.
