alright so here is my issue:
i use pixma mg5500
in the past it asked me for some kind of feedback message which was turned off, it would randomly appear and disappear without doing much, i would still decline... then one day i unintentionally agreed that i want to send this feedback message (i have no idea what's full message about because it usually disappears before I can fully read it, and I have no idea when it will appear, but hopefully you know what I am talking about). now this message is terribly annoying, it will usually randomly appear during my work and actually pop up in front of everything, sometimes that means even my whole resolution will be changed and all kind of ridicoulos things that make me angry. but being annoying is not the only problem. what kind of message is it afterall? what does it want from me every day? or sometimes every 2nd day I am printing. I don't want to send anyone anything, I never asked for it. so that is actually 2 big problems that I have with all that. now tell me how can I get rid off this message forever. I couldn't find much on google because I didn't even know what to look for, I can never read fully what it wants.
