There is not a way to reset the ink levels. If you have replaced ink and still get a low or incorrect ink level, It is recommend you call Canon support at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST excluding holidays.
