My Canon MX452 is starting to double print everything. How do I correct this?

I run on Mac 10.x Maverick. I have a USB connection on the pinter but I can also print from other computers like my laptop via WIFI. Hope this helps. Also, when I run a test page, the result is sharp and focussed.

Performing a print head alignment on the printer may resolve the double printing issue. To perform a print head alignment, please follow the steps located at the link below:
