We have a Pixma MX 882 - the paper jams as soon as it gets pulled from the bottom try to start the job. We've had it for about a year and love it, haven't had any problems at all. But, now that this has started, it is chronic and is almost impossible to print everything without having it jam several times first! Very frustrating and wasting tons of paper.

Hello beki33.
Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.
3. While unplugged, remove any paper from the unit.
4. Double check for any obstructions found in the unit or paper paths.
5. If no obstructions are found, plug the power back in and turn the unit on.
If the issue persists, please contact our support group at 1-800-OK-CANON for additional assistance with this issue.

This did not help. Just printed a 10 page document... however, a total of 16 pages were used as 6 pages jammed during the printing.

Since there are no obstructions, there is likely a hardware issue with the printer that requires service. Please ue the Contact Us link to get in touch with our support staff for available warranty options.
