Hi,
When i print wirelessly there is no problem, however when i try to scan to PC, no matter i press the button on printer or select "document scan" from quick menu on PC, the printer has no response. only option left me to scan is scan to local USB.
when i press the scan button on printer, select PC, it will wait few sec then return to ready to scan status, like i never press the scan button ever. no error msg shows.
when i press "document scan" from quick menu on PC, neither PC or printer has any response.
I use windows 7.
btw, when i try to diagnose the printer by connecting PC to printer by USB cable, the diagnose centre keep saying that they cannot find the printer connected.
