pixma mx 922 paper only goes half way in then you get an error message. no code numbers.

What is the error that appears on the display of your PIXMA MX922 when you attempt to print?

What is the exact wording of the error that appears on your computer?

paper is jammed in the cassette (upper)

remove the paper from the following locations and press ok

paper output slot

transport unit on the rear side

Nothing in the output tray.  How do i get to the rear transport unit?

It has gone completely inside at this point.  Cannot see it from any angle.

Thanks for the answers.  Found the back opening and removed paper from there.  working fine now.  Did not realize it had a back opening.
