Help! Can't print
I'm afraid "Can't" is not a good problem description. It doesn't tell us what you did, or what the result was?
Displays error, prints blank page, etc??
It might be easier for us to offer suggestions if you told us what OS the printer is being used with?
How it is connected? (to the laptop)
Does the printer's status show Offline, Ready (something else)?
Did it ever work before (or new problem)?
What might have changed, etc
Anything else to help us better understand the problem?
