I have a new g4210. It was printing fine after I set it up. Now I get a message on my computer that says "unable to locate printer". However, the printer comes to life, so I know some message is going from the computer to the printer. But it doesn't print. What's with this?

Hi annsch,
What version of Windows (or OS X) is installed on your computer?
Are you using your PIXMA G4210 with a USB cable or are you using it wirelessly?

Hi annsch,
To begin troubleshooting, we will need you to print the network settings page directly from the printer. Please click HERE for steps on how to print this page.
Once the network settings print, please reply with the following items from the sheet: Connection, Does the SSID match the name of your network?, and Signal Strength
We look forward to your reply.
